Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how StaccLab LLC (“StaccLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use www.StaccLab.com, the StaccLab mobile application, or related services (the “Platform”). It applies to customers, service providers, visitors, and others who interact with us. This Policy does not cover third parties’ independent practices.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth or age confirmation, profile photo, and account credentials.
Order and service information, such as pickup and drop-off location, delivery instructions, requested service, bag/item descriptions, timing, communications, ratings, support records, and transaction history.
Payment and tax information, such as payment-method token, billing information, payment status, and, for service providers, tax forms, payout details, identity-verification information, and Stripe Connect account status. Payment-card data is processed by Stripe, our payment-services provider; StaccLab does not intend to store full card numbers.
Verification and safety information, such as identity-verification results, background-check information where permitted and separately authorized, fraud signals, and reports of safety or conduct concerns.
Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser/device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, pages or features used, and cookies or similar technologies.
Information you provide in surveys, promotions, emails, chat, social media, or support requests.
3. How we use information
Provide, personalize, operate, secure, and improve the Platform; create and administer accounts; facilitate service requests and payouts; and communicate about orders.
Process payments, detect and prevent fraud, verify identity, enforce agreements, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
Send transactional messages and, where permitted, promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link; you may still receive operational messages.
Analyze usage, measure campaign effectiveness, develop new features, and protect the rights, safety, and property of StaccLab, users, and others.
4. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including with: (a) other Platform users involved in a requested service (for example, relevant contact, location, and order details); (b) Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, which process customer payments and facilitate service-provider onboarding and payouts through Stripe Connect; (c) identity, cloud hosting, communications, analytics, customer-support, background-screening, and other service providers; (d) professional advisers, insurers, and auditors; (e) authorities or others when required by law, legal process, or to protect safety and rights; and (f) a buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a business transaction. Stripe processes personal information under its own privacy policy and terms. We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that requires an opt-out under applicable law without providing the required notice and choice.
5. Cookies and analytics
We and our providers may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep the Platform secure, understand use, and measure communications. You can control some cookies through browser settings, but blocking them may affect functionality. We will provide any additional consent or opt-out tools required by applicable law.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to appeal a decision about a privacy request; or to opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, email privacy@stacclab.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity and may ask for information necessary to process the request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), including rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. StaccLab will provide a California-specific notice, methods for submitting requests, and a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link if and when its data practices make those notices or links legally required. California residents may also request certain information about our direct-marketing disclosures by emailing privacy@stacclab.com.
8. Children and sensitive information
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We require users placing orders or performing services to be at least 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@stacclab.com so we can take appropriate action. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, such as health information, government identifiers, or financial-account credentials, through open text fields.
9. International users and changes
The Platform is operated in the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We may update this Policy periodically. We will post the updated Policy and effective date and provide additional notice where required.
