STACCLAB LLC · LEGAL
Code of Conduct
Effective date: July 14, 2026
This Code of Conduct sets clear behavioral standards for all StaccLab Platform users. It is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions, Community Agreement, and, for service providers, the Independent Contractor Agreement. “You” means any person using or interacting through the Platform.
1. Required conduct
Act honestly, lawfully, and professionally.
Follow all applicable laws, building rules, campus policies, and reasonable safety instructions.
Use only your own verified account and protect your login credentials.
Respect consent and boundaries; end an interaction when asked unless necessary to address an immediate safety issue.
Report threats, suspected fraud, lost/damaged property, discrimination, harassment, or dangerous conditions promptly.
2. Prohibited conduct
Threatening, stalking, harassing, discriminating against, sexually harassing, assaulting, or intimidating any person.
Using or being impaired by alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or other impairing substances while performing or receiving an in-person service where safety could be affected.
Possessing, transporting, or submitting weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, controlled substances, hazardous materials, biohazards, or other prohibited items.
Stealing, damaging, tampering with, opening, wearing, consuming, photographing, recording, or otherwise misusing another person’s property or information.
Impersonation, identity theft, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, false claims, fake reviews, referral/promotion abuse, or bypassing required verification.
Sharing another person’s contact details, precise location, access code, image, order details, or communications except as necessary to complete the service or comply with law.
Using the Platform to arrange unlawful activity, commercial solicitation unrelated to StaccLab, or off-platform transactions using nonpublic Platform information.
Interfering with Platform security, scraping data, uploading malicious code, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
3. Service-provider standards
Service providers must accept only opportunities they can complete safely and reliably; communicate material delays or problems promptly; keep customer property secure; use approved communication channels where available; and avoid personal or romantic solicitation. Providers may not bring an unapproved companion, delegate work, or enter a restricted space without permission.
4. Customer standards
Customers must provide safe and accurate service instructions, package items securely, disclose material access restrictions, and avoid directing a provider to perform unsafe, illegal, or unauthorized tasks. Customers may not pressure a provider to enter a private area, deviate from the agreed service, or share personal information beyond what is necessary.
5. Reporting and response
Report concerns at support@stacclab.com. In an emergency, call 911 or local emergency services first. StaccLab may preserve relevant records, investigate in a fair and safety-conscious manner, request additional information, and take action including warnings, feature restrictions, order cancellation, suspension, deactivation, or referral to authorities. We may act immediately when we reasonably believe there is a serious safety, fraud, or legal risk.
6. No retaliation
No one may retaliate against a person for making a good-faith report, participating in an investigation, seeking help, or declining conduct that violates this Code. Knowingly false reports or evidence may also violate this Code.
7. Questions
Questions about this Code may be sent to support@stacclab.com. StaccLab may update this Code with reasonable notice.
