Community Agreement
Effective date: July 14, 2026
StaccLab is designed to make everyday service simple, respectful, and safe. This Community Agreement applies to everyone using the StaccLab Platform, including customers, service providers, guests, and anyone communicating through the Platform. It supplements the Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct.
1. Be respectful
Treat every person with dignity. No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, intimidation, retaliation, or unwanted sexual conduct.
Communicate clearly and professionally. Use the Platform’s communication tools when available and keep messages relevant to the service.
Respect cultural differences, identity, disability, privacy, and personal boundaries. Do not make assumptions or comments about a person’s body, background, religion, gender, sexuality, immigration status, or finances.
2. Keep services safe and straightforward
Use agreed pickup and drop-off locations. Do not pressure anyone to meet in a private, isolated, or unsafe location.
Keep interactions limited to the service. Do not ask for dates, personal favors, loans, gifts, alcohol, drugs, or unrelated contact.
Do not submit, carry, store, or return prohibited items. Use clean, secure bags or containers and disclose relevant service details honestly.
Do not enter homes, dorm rooms, residence halls, or other restricted spaces unless specifically authorized, safe, and necessary for the service. Follow building and campus rules.
3. Respect privacy and property
Use another person’s contact information, location, instructions, and order details only to complete the service.
Do not photograph, record, post, share, or discuss another person’s belongings, home, location, messages, or personal information without their clear permission.
Handle items carefully. Promptly report a mistake, safety concern, damage, lost item, or access problem through the Platform.
Do not access private areas, accounts, devices, or property beyond what the customer expressly authorizes.
4. Be reliable and honest
Provide accurate account, order, pricing, payment, and verification information.
Accept only commitments you can reasonably keep. If plans change, communicate promptly through the Platform.
Do not manipulate ratings, create fake accounts, misuse promotions, engage in fraud, or ask someone to make an off-platform payment.
Do not claim an affiliation with a school, residence hall, employer, or organization unless it is real and authorized.
5. Speak up
If something feels unsafe, stop the interaction if you can do so safely and contact emergency services when appropriate. Report safety, conduct, fraud, or service concerns at support@stacclab.com. Retaliation against someone who raises a good-faith concern is prohibited.
6. What happens when this agreement is violated
We may review reports and take action proportionate to the circumstances, including education, warnings, content removal, cancellation of a request, temporary restrictions, payout review where permitted by law, or account suspension/deactivation. Serious or urgent safety concerns may be referred to law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate.
